The Slovenian triathlete David already absolved three Ironman races this year. All three within a month’s time and completing these very successfully: 3rd place in Klagenfurt, 6th place in Frankfurt and now 2nd place in Zurich.

With these top results the 31-year-old Slovene not only attracted a lot of attention, but also moved to rang 16 among the 50 best professional triathletes. Thus he automatically qualified for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship on Kona (Hawaii), where he will once again be swimming 3.8 km, biking 180 km and running 42.2 km. Good luck David!
